Delivery policy

1. Nature of the products

Crearia Digital LLC sells exclusively digital products: ebooks in PDF format and online video courses hosted on our platform. No physical item is shipped, so there are no shipping costs, transit times or delivery addresses.

2. Delivery time

• Immediate. As soon as Stripe confirms payment, the access page is shown on screen and an email is sent with the download or course access link.
• The usual time is under 60 seconds and in all cases never more than 24 hours.
• Delivery goes to the email address you provide during checkout.

3. Formats and technical requirements

• Ebooks: PDF file, readable on any computer, tablet, phone or e-reader. No paid apps required.
• Courses: video streamed in your browser. Requires an internet connection and an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge).
• Extra resources: spreadsheets and printable templates in standard formats (XLSX/PDF).

4. Duration of access

Access is permanent and does not expire. Ebooks are downloaded and yours to keep; courses stay available in your customer area indefinitely, including future content updates at no extra cost.

5. If your product does not arrive

If the email has not appeared after a few minutes:

• Check your spam, promotions and notifications folders.
• Make sure there is no typo in the email address entered at checkout.
• Write to info@crearia.llc with the product and purchase date. We resend access manually, usually within 24 business hours.

If a technical problem prevents us from delivering your product, we refund the full amount automatically, in line with the refund policy.

6. Geographic coverage

Because the products are digital, we sell internationally with no geographic restriction, except in territories subject to applicable sanctions or legal restrictions.
