1. Seller identification

2. Scope

Crearia Digital LLC sells digital educational and leisure products: ebooks in PDF format and online video courses covering cooking, creative hobbies and activities for children. All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Acceptance

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract, and you accept these terms, the privacy policy, the refund policy and the delivery policy.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes.
• All products are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.
• Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. Crearia Digital LLC neither accesses nor stores your full card details.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• The charge appears on your bank statement as CREARIA.
• We may change prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the moment of purchase.

5. Delivery

Once payment is confirmed you receive immediate access to the product, both on screen and by email, typically in under one minute and in all cases within 24 hours. Full detail is in the delivery policy.

6. Right of withdrawal and guarantee

Under consumer protection rules in several jurisdictions, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately where the consumer has expressly consented to that immediate delivery and acknowledged the resulting loss of the right.

Regardless of the above, Crearia Digital LLC voluntarily offers a broader satisfaction guarantee: 14 days on ebooks and 30 days on online courses, with no need to justify your reason. The procedure and details are in the refund policy.

7. Licence of use and intellectual property

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for private use. All content (text, images, video, trademarks and design) belongs to Crearia Digital LLC or its licensors.

The following is expressly prohibited:

• Reselling, redistributing, assigning or publishing the materials, in whole or in part.
• Sharing your access credentials or the files with third parties.
• Using the content commercially, or to train third parties, without written authorisation.

Breach entitles Crearia Digital LLC to revoke access without a refund.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site fraudulently, not to attempt to access restricted areas, and to provide accurate information at checkout. We may cancel orders where there is reasonable evidence of fraud.

9. Nature of the content

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (United States), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights granted by the law of the consumer's country of habitual residence.
